Services We Provide

Residential / Supported Living

Residential / Supported Living

Our caring staff provide a variety of services at homes and apartments where our consumers live. The amount and type of care varies based on the level of need, ranging from 24 hour care to a few hours per week. Typically, individuals will live in a home with two other roommates, each having their own bedroom. We place the individuals throughout the community to foster involvement with neighbors and to provide a diverse variety of opportunities and to provide life skills training.

We work at tailoring supports designed around what the individual wants and needs. We focus on both individual and group activities designed to promote independence and improve the individual's quality of life. Our comprehensive supports can include professional care such as behavioral assistance, nursing services, and connecting individuals with local mental health agencies.

Our employment services includes both enclaves and workshop environments. In an enclave, the individuals will perform meaningful work at different sites throughout the community. In our workshop settings, we contract with local businesses to provide assembly and basic production services. Our employment program has taken an innovative approach to meet the individual needs of our consumers. We tailor our programs to enhance the abilities of those we serve. We provide a large variety of community based work opportunities, including individual placements with local businesses. We currently contract with over 40 private businesses and state agencices to provide high paying and meaningful work opportunities.

Host Home / Professional Parents

Host Home / Professional Parents

We have multiple host home and professional parents who open their homes to individuals.  We serve both children and adults who are wishing to live in a family setting as an alternative to a residential placement.  These families take in the consumer as a member of their own family.  As such, the families help them with their individual daily needs, meeting their goals, and maintaining health and safety.  These settings are approved and licensed by the State of Utah through the Office of Licensing.
